After the abuse of the holiday season, there’s nothing better than a little detox made with natural ingredients. Detox soups remain one of the best ways to cleanse the body, prevent certain diseases and lose weight.

It is therefore for this article that we are going to offer you 3 suggestions of soups that can be said to be purifying because they facilitate the functioning of the liver and kidneys and help stimulate the detoxification carried out by these organs.

1 – NETTLE AND CELERY


SOUP Nettle is a wild plant that is very blood-purifying. It can be picked in fields, in unpolluted places and with plastic gloves. It can also be found in herbal shops.

2 – ARTICHOKE AND ONION SOUP

Artichoke is an excellent ingredient for protecting the liver. This is why many people like to consume it as an infusion.
Onions are a classic in soup recipes because they are a source of minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus and sulphur but they also contain vitamins A, B, C and E. Raw or cooked, it helps the kidneys to function properly.

This soup can taste bitter if you only use these two ingredients (especially if you’re using the artichoke leaves). Our advice is therefore to work well with the seasonings and not to be afraid to add other ingredients that will lighten the bitter side.

3 – TURMERIC AND OAT SOUP

In addition to giving the soup a bit of consistency, oats contain fiber and vegetable proteins that help us remove toxic substances from the body.
