How to Make It

Bring 250 ml water to a gentle boil. Add cloves, ginger, and turmeric. Simmer for 5 minutes to release their nutrients. -
Cool briefly
Turn off the heat and let it rest for 2 minutes—this helps protect vitamin C. -
Strain & enrich
Strain into a cup. Add honey, lemon juice, black pepper, mint leaves, and aloe-vera juice. -
Balance the temperature
Add 50 ml room-temperature water to make it comfortably warm.
Total time: about 10 minutes.
