How to Follow This Water Therapy

  • When you wake up in the morning—before brushing your teeth—drink 640 ml of water (about 4 glasses of 160 ml each).
  • Then brush your teeth, but don’t eat or drink anything for the next 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes, you can eat breakfast as usual.
  • After breakfast, lunch, and dinner, don’t eat or drink anything for 2 hours.
  • If you’re elderly or have health issues that make it difficult to drink four glasses of water at once, start with what your body can handle and gradually increase the amount each day until you reach the full 640 ml.

This method can help improve many health problems you may be experiencing. For those already in good health, it can boost energy levels and improve overall well-being.

How Long Should the Treatment Last?

  • High blood pressure – 30 days
  • Gastritis – 10 days
  • Diabetes – 30 days
  • Constipation – 10 days
  • Tuberculosis – 90 days

Ideally, drinking water first thing in the morning should become a lifelong habit. It’s a simple change that can lead to better health and more energy throughout your day.

Note: If you’ve been diagnosed with arthritis, follow this method for the first three days of the week, then take a one-week break. After that, continue doing it every day.
