2 liters of warm water

1 cup (about 250 ml) of apple cider vinegar

50 ml of essential oil (optional)

2. Add the apple cider vinegar and, if you like, the essential oil.

3. Soak your feet for about 30 minutes.

4. Gently dry them without rinsing.

Tip: For a spa-like effect, apply a nourishing cream afterward and slip on a pair of cotton socks overnight.
