He wrote, “One: Nando’s chicken (from our bodyguards). Two: A canister of laughing gas by Meg’s bed. I took several slow hits.”
Meghan stayed calm, bouncing on a purple ball, while Harry ended up laughing and bouncing too. A nurse tried to give Meghan the gas, but Harry had already used it all. “Sorry,” he said.
Later, Meghan got an epidural, and after a scare with Archie’s umbilical cord, the baby was fine—moving both parents to tears.

In a Vogue interview, he said he wants to help the environment by limiting the number of children he has. “I’ve always had a love for nature,” Harry shared. “Even before having kids, I felt it was important to protect the planet.”
