Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp cloves
- 2 dried hibiscus flowers
- 1 tbsp kalonji (black seeds/Nigella sativa)
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- 2 tbsp dried rosemary
- 7–8 curry leaves
- 1 glass of water
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in an iron pot (this helps deepen the color and enrich the nutrients).
- Add 1 glass of water.
- Boil the mixture for 5–7 minutes.
- Allow it to cool completely.
- Strain and pour into a spray bottle.
How to Use:
Spray directly onto the scalp and hair roots at night. Leave on overnight and wash off in the morning.
For best results, use 3–4 times per week.
DIY #2: Nourishing Hair Mask
This creamy, nutrient-packed mask restores shine, reduces breakage, and promotes healthy, voluminous hair.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- A handful of fresh hibiscus flowers (or dried petals if unavailable)
- ½ cup buttermilk
Instructions:
- Soak fenugreek seeds in water overnight.
- In the morning, grind the soaked seeds and hibiscus flowers into a smooth paste.
- Add buttermilk and blend again until creamy.
- Apply generously to the scalp and hair.
- Leave on for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Rinse thoroughly with a mild, natural shampoo.
