However, Meghan is said to be less enthusiastic about the idea, particularly regarding boarding schools. “There is still some negotiation for Harry to have with Meghan. The King, however, is delighted,” the duke’s friend explained.
The remark hinted that Harry may have already discussed the subject with King Charles during their private reunion.

A Life in California
Until now, Harry has expressed happiness with raising Archie and Lilibet in the US. Speaking at a New York City conference, he said: “I enjoy living and bringing my kids up here, it’s a part of my life that I never thought I was going to live and it feels as though it’s the life that my mum wanted for me,” referencing the late Princess Diana.
Representatives for the Duke of Sussex have not commented further.
Reunion With King Charles
Harry and King Charles met at Clarence House on September 10 for just under an hour, with Buckingham Palace describing the occasion as “a private tea.”
When later asked about the meeting during an Invictus Games event, Harry simply said his father was “great.”
Reflecting on the trip, his spokesman remarked: “He’s obviously loved being back in the UK.”
The spokesman added that Harry enjoyed “catching up with old friends” and “colleagues,” as well as “being able to support the incredible work of the causes that mean so much to him.”
After leaving the UK, the duke made an unannounced visit to Ukraine, where he met with veterans and spoke about the importance of “opening up to friends and family.”
